Using the same key block from the Warner Barred Owl, I carved three new complementary layers to shift the composition from horizontal to vertical and add a greater depth of field for the scene when I made an image for The Word Barn. Here is the limited edition print of the re-invented version of the 2026 Barred Owl. This time in a denser forest featuring Birch as well as Pitch Pine and its Barred Owl mate off on a distant branch.
